Who Am I:
I’m Sergeant Red Beard, otherwise known as Michael Long. My base of operations is Chattanooga, TN. After a 4 year hiatus I made my return to cycling in April of 2019. In some ways my return has been smooth and in others fraught with disaster. Injuries old and new, time management, and age have all played a part in my less then stellar journey back. Follow along as I continue to make terrible decisions in the spirit of having fun while riding my bike.
